Providing the best customer service is our priority. We respect your time and ours. Due to the nature of the services we offer there are policies that need to be followed in order to have a relaxed and satisfactory experience every time you visit us. We appreciate your understanding!

A credit card information is required in order to book and confirm every appointment. This information is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment. We require 48 hours' notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $100 fee. No exceptions.

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 min late to your appointment in most cases it will be necessary to reschedule, it will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged $100 fee so plan accordingly. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

No one is allowed in the procedure room at the time of your visit unless you need help to communicate, otherwise there is a waiting area. It is important to understand that for best results, requires a suitable atmosphere in which it is possible to establish the necessary contact between the client and practitioner. It is also a precaution in order to comply with sanitary conditions.

Children under 18 are not allowed to have permanent makeup procedure. We also ask that no small children are in the waiting area as we want to provide the best relaxation atmosphere for our procedures.

If you have previously had permanent makeup done by another technician and fail to notify us in advance before making an appointment and send a clear picture of the area which supposed to be treated, we reserve the right to refuse service and you will be charged $100 fee.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.

You will receive your first follow up appointment free of charge. This can be scheduled no sooner than 3 weeks and no later than 6 weeks after your INITIAL procedure. This follow up appointment is required for best results. Failure to show up for your follow up appointment or reschedule/cancel 48 hours before will result in $100 fee. Additional follow up appointments also should be scheduled no sooner than 3 weeks and no later than 6 weeks after the LAST procedure and will be charged depending on how much work is to be done.
